About elsewhereNFP
Creating safer, more inclusive places in the gaming industry through global, data-driven research.
The video game industry thrives on creativity, innovation, and collaboration, but workplace culture challenges remain. Issues like safety concerns, lack of inclusivity, and a critical absence of regional data make it difficult for companies to implement effective policies.
At elsewhereNFP, we believe real change starts with real data. Our mission is to provide the gaming industry with evidence-based insights that help studios, publishers, and leadership teams create safer, more inclusive environments.

Why It Matters
The gaming industry faces growing challenges in workplace culture, including:
✅ Workplace Safety & Harassment Issues
✅ Diversity & Inclusion Rollbacks in Key Markets
✅ Lack of Reliable, Global Workplace Culture Data
Many companies want to improve, but they lack the data and tools to make effective, long-term changes.
elsewhereNFP is closing this gap. Our research is designed to equip industry leaders with actionable, region-specific insights that lead to real improvements in workplace culture.
